Job description

Our client is currently recruiting for an external sales person to promote their product range in the UK.

Due to the technical nature of these products this position would suit candidates with a strong engineering background and knowledge of the road transport industry.

The candidate

Responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining relationships with existing customers and expanding the customer base
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product knowledge
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements and specifications
• Providing customer quotations
• Recording and maintaining customer contact data
• Attend trade shows and conferences where necessary

Full product training will be given, however the successful candidate must have a logical approach to system specifications to suit customer requirements.
